This policy explains what personal information Pedixo collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order information: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment confirmation. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Device information: browser type, IP address, time zone, and the pages viewed on our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
Why we collect it
To process and ship orders, to communicate about those orders, to handle returns and support requests, to screen for fraud, and to measure and improve our advertising and website.
Who we share it with
- Shopify powers our online store. Their privacy policy is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Our fulfillment partner receives the name and shipping address needed to deliver the order.
- Payment processors handle the transaction and their own fraud checks.
- Meta and other advertising platforms receive website activity data used to measure and target advertising.
We do not sell personal information.
Advertising and tracking
We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel, to understand how our advertising performs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the platforms themselves or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@pedixo.com and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and of the European Economic Area have additional rights under the CCPA and the GDPR respectively, which we honour for all customers.
Data retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Support correspondence is kept for two years.
Children
Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
